Make a Photoshoot Booking


Thank you for choosing to book your photography session with me! To get your session booked in my diary, please complete the booking form below.

If booking a newborn session, please state your due date so that I can schedule your photoshoot 5-12 days after your due date. Bookings are flexible so the date can be changed as needed.

What happens next?


A photoshoot can be a daunting prospect, but there's really nothing to be nervous about - I'll guide and assist you at every stage of the photography process. Here's a rough guide of what happens next:

1. Confirm the Session


Complete the booking form on this page and I'll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your session date and get a brief idea of your requirements and hopes for the photoshoot.

2. Contract & Deposit


We'll sign your contract online (just a routine photography release contract) and you'll pay a deposit to secure the session. Don't worry - the deposit is transferable if you need to change the session date.

3. Planning & Session


Shortly before the photoshoot, I'll send you a guide with tips and things to keep in mind when preparing for the session. I'll also give you a call to discuss final details about the photoshoot.

4. Gallery & Prints


Two weeks after the session I'll send you a link to the personal online gallery containing your photos. You can download your digital photos and order prints straight from your gallery.

My Studio Location


My studio is based in the pretty riverside village of Bidford-on-Avon, just a short drive from Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and Leamington Spa. My studio is in the ideal location for anybody looking for professional Newborn, Cake Smash, or Family Portrait photography in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, and the North Cotswolds.
